Here at My Life Counseling, we believe goals are to be created by our clients and as clinical professionals we support the goals with feasible objectives and resources. Person Centered Planning is the foundation of our services, you are always driving the direction of your treatment.

Living life on Life's terms can be rather difficult, hence the importance of coping skills and balance. I have a passion for helping others realize they have the ability to "make it", even when the odds appear to be against them. As people we are our biggest critic, once we give ourselves the opportunity to succeed, we are on our way to a better situation. Let me help you put the pieces back together one piece at a time. Living in the moment gives us the balance we need to be happy as we survive in our ever-changing life.
